Shipping policy

We offer small-scale delivery based on availability. We favour local flowers (Quebec and Canada) and our selection changes every week. Bouquets are therefore always ‘at the florist's discretion’ and in the Hortense et Violette's signature style. We will pay close attention to your requests and try to accommodate them as much as possible.

Deliveries are made during shop opening hours within a radius of approximately 3 kilometres:

•     northern boundary: Gouin Boulevard
•     southern boundary: Metropolitan Expressway/Crémazie Boulevard
•     eastern boundary: Papineau Avenue
•     western boundary: Highway 15

The minimum purchase for delivery is 40.00$ before taxes. The delivery cost is a flat rate of 10.00$ within a radius of approximately 3 kilometres. For deliveries outside this radius, please contact us at 438-558-2564.

For orders placed in-store or by telephone, we will confirm the delivery time with you.

For orders placed online, we may contact you to confirm the order and the delivery time. Orders placed outside of business hours will be processed the next business day at the shop's opening. Please allow sufficient time for us to process your order. Kindly note that our store is closed on Monday and Tuesday and therefore we do not process or prepare orders at those times.

We cannot guarantee a delivery time, but we will do our best to respect the agreed schedule, either in the morning or in the afternoon.
